Badminton Club is open 7 days a week year round.The club runs club nights all year round on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 8.15 pm to 10.15 pm. On Wednesday nights (7.30 pm to 10.00 pm) we run a beginners night where a coach is present, this offers players chance to develop at their own pace with players of a similar standard. On these nights members pay 3 Euro and sign the club book prior to playing. This small fee covers the price of the shuttles and the lights. These nights are open to all members to come along and play however we do encourage that beginners attend the Wednesday night session.
Once you are a fully paid up member you are entitled to book any of the two courts. These courts are available 7 days a week 365 days of the year. The availability of the courts varies throughout the season due to competitions both internal and external. To book a court you simple write your name on the booking sheets on the notice board at the times you require. These sheets are placed on the notice board every Monday night for the forthcoming week. Court fees for the coming season will be 8 Euro an hour per court. The club captain is responsible for all bookings within the club.

As chairman Aiden oversees the running of the club and chairs all the meetings held by the committee. -

As secretay Kathleen takes care of registering players for each season and deals with all correspondance for the club. -
Walter Morrissey Snr Treasurer
As treasurer Walter collects all fees for the year and keeps all the club accounts in order. -
Ann Smith Club Captain
As club captain Ann is responsible for all the teams who represent the club and is in charge of the booking of the courts.
